整体质量差不多就是TVB律政剧的一个单元案那样，故事是完整的，不过就毫无新意，毫无深度。方中信keep得不错，陈家乐有点灾难。
人物还是太过脸谱，剧情跟中心思想刚好跑偏~用假物证诱导，最后又说公平正义、人人平等什么的…好吧，电影嘛，皆大欢喜就好。

现在的港片又到了需要强心剂的年代，后劲愈发不足了。这不仅仅是编剧的事情，更是包括剪辑在内一众团队都需要思考的问题。
少数几部开3倍速的电影，情节毫无悬念，人物转变生硬，编剧水平很稚嫩
香港电影现在都这么无聊了？！这不是电影，这就是一部普法宣传片啊！看着电影里一个个衰老的戏骨挤着眼角皱纹，弓着背，眼神不再犀利，满眼都是疲惫和与这个世界的和解，不禁感慨英雄迟暮！香港电影除了老戏骨和粤语的躯壳，灵魂早已经灰飞烟灭了。。。
尽管方中信的反转有些生硬，但还是比较符合客观。主要是策反了女死者的父亲。

男二律师演的太水了吧，是带资进组吗？故事 演技 节奏不行，电影都不如电视剧，不如TVB 不如傲骨贤妻里的一集内容。
如果这个世界的公平和正义是用金钱收买和法律工作者作伪证才能实现的，那这个这还算是真正的TMD公平和正义么？！着这群老戏骨的演技点赞，智叔在这部人生收尾之作中表现堪称完美，方中信曾经那么大的一位帅哥，可惜也终于老了。没有对比就没有伤害，反观那几位年轻演员，简直太业余了，香港电影没有未来了
好烂的故事。低智的悬疑部分，羸弱的法庭辩白部分，僵硬的"天降神兵"部分，尴尬的自白正义部分……莫名其妙，浪费时间。
最后还是要靠权贵内斗翻盘，没看出法律正义在哪？
