The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 怎么是恐龙不足以支撑侏罗纪世界了嘛？还是恐龙片酬太贵了，需要找一堆蝗虫来拉主线。这部应该叫侏罗纪恐龙遍布世界。还有角色逐渐沦为工具人，只是单纯推动剧情走向。我肉眼可见的看到老博士对恐龙的惧怕，完全看不到研究者的热情。结尾再现侏罗纪的logo和恐龙大战让我觉得的这电影还有看的价值……

我以为黑衣大叔会是反转大boss，结果并没有，我以为黑人小哥final大boss，结果还是没有。每个人都在演脸谱化的角色，坏人是坏人、好人是好人。剧情平淡的如水、无高潮无尿点。谢天谢地，我当时犹豫了下，没买票进电影院，省钱了
大家务必选择IMAX 2D版本，而且请配合一年前的6分钟官方短片《序章》食用！该短片是该系列电影第一次聚焦到6500万年前恐龙的生活环境，前些年考古挖掘发现陆地恐龙也许是有羽毛的，片中此次也对曾经霸王龙的设计有了一定的调整，霸王龙的羽毛非常清晰。

希望真冬和立夏就这么一直简单地幸福下去。在立夏的陪伴下，真冬越来越有目标了呢，不过能不能不要这么纯情下去了。结尾小彩蛋笑死，一个乐队四个男生，两对情侣。
看过最好的青春小众性向电影，非常共情。女主家庭氛围好羡慕。aj和女巫姐姐简直是我的理想型😍😍
还算合格的爆米花电影吧。节奏张弛比较好，很多情节挺惊险的。男主也很帅。缺点是：很多情节老套，没有创意，像那个摩托车在最后一刻开到飞机里的情节似曾相识。
恐龙种类繁多，视效过关，打戏精彩，综合来讲已经超过了这系列的平均制作水准，很满意了，还要啥自行车。恐龙配雪景的场面新颖唯美，尤其是新出的带羽毛的几只特别好看，燃烧的蝗虫天降烈火，呼应六千万年前的灭顶之灾也很巧妙。对老三部曲的角色没啥情怀，还是欧文的戏份帅。
奇观不错，但文戏实在看得我昏昏欲睡……感觉和普通的怪兽片差不多，工业流水线下的产品，看完有种好莱坞黔驴技穷的感觉

几个谐音梗还挺可爱的「PA-TREE-ARCHY」🌲「COUGH-Y」☕️「TACO-BOUT」🌮️ 也提到了经典的女同音乐家King Princess、Girl in Red、Phoebe Bridgers（菲比订婚快乐whatever）就是剧情有点太幼稚了 刚看二十分钟就能猜到走向 但还是很羡慕女主身边的人和环境 对queer极其友好到不真实 不过这种无脑lesbian甜片所呈现的正是我们努力的方向 不是吗？
女主为躲避镰刀龙藏入池塘里那一段，能纳入今年最好的分镜画面之一了。
1.上半部分一度以为是有人想捣毁库克的苹果公司，被迫改成了恐龙。2.下半部分我一度站在恐龙战队，赶紧把这群感情泛滥的“女儿去哪了”的队伍收了吧。
恐龙跑不过飞机，跑不过汽车，跑不过摩托车，跑不过马，更跑不过人！速度不行还不是最离谱的，力量还不如人，套索一拉就被捉住了！如果人类真的到了可以无性繁殖的那天，女性是不是就可以与男性平等了？

年纪越大越爱看青春校园片，不管他们干啥都是好的。。
