The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 它在有限的演员身上安放两三个角色，配合简单的道具，从而塑造不同的群像，搭建出丰富的场景，但又并不让观众觉得混乱，很多简单的转场效果极佳。
不同风格的一部音乐剧，官方影像音效好像做的有点问题

可能真的接受不了音乐剧吧，看得非常煎熬。看到20分钟开始边刷豆瓣边看，最后还是没坚持到结尾。不太喜欢里面的音乐和主题（哎，还是喜欢一些黑暗类主题），感觉就像看真人迪士尼，不过看得出来演员很卖力。
一直get不到这部剧如此之高的口碑，正是因为取材自真实事件，但剧里只是堆叠各式符号和煽情元素未免太投机取巧，缺乏诚意了。（不过cfa的舞美设计真的是很巧妙）
911事件发生时。几十架飞机迫降纽芬兰岛。
刷了两遍，对照时局更加感慨，Prayer听得眼眶发热。几乎全程群像戏的剧本和舞台调度太好了。
同样是主旋律，把一个故事讲好的能力真的是至关重要。
