The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 几个人，一个舞台，几把椅子，表演出了地球村的感觉，回到那个充满关怀和温暖的年代，美中不足是没有亚裔的演员，少了点什么
与《我们的小镇》有同种韵味。二十至三十分钟些许有重复和疲乏，为全剧唯一败笔。节奏接近顶级。总体接近完美，未来必将成为经典，不断流传。不过内容应该继续拓展

泪目了好多次，到最后消防员母亲得知噩耗的时候终于绷不住了，曲风虽然不是我喜欢的，但是从纽芬兰岛这个角度看911的取材非常特别且意义非凡
