Carol Jeffries (known as 'Jeff') is a naive American woman staying in the Phillipines. She is given ten years in prison after being set up by her drug-dealer boyfriend, Rudy. She endures the harsh conditions, sadistic head matron and attempts on her life, then convinces her cell-mates to try to escape with her through the jungle, in spite of the knowledge that ruthless trackers will be sent out after them. ”

That, as they say, is bull shee-it. The former beauty queen made her film debut in 1970 as an extra in Russ Meyer's big breast bonanza Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls, and appeared in a number of B-pics shot in the Philippines the following year for AiP's rival company, Roger Corman's New World Pictures. Alongside her role as the tough-as-nails prostitute in Big Doll House were supports in the horror flick The Twilight People and as a topless hooker (again!) in Cool Breeze, then back behind bars for Women In Cages.
In Women In Cages, Grier plays the sadistic warden for once, a pot-smoking lesbian with a fully-equipped torture chamber (including a guillotine!). The 'New Fish' (a recent inmate, for you prison film novices), a ditzy blonde ex-stripper called Alabama, has taken the heroin possession rap for her pimp boyfriend. She knows too much, so the pimp blackmails her cellmates to execute her. A competent and well-shot entry in the tropical prison genre from Filipino director Gerry De Leon, it places the embittered ex-addict and prostitute Grier in the position of slave owner, watching her white charges toiling away in the plantation with obvious ironic glee.

开头很棒，冷峻的气息缓缓展开，结果谁知道剧情越往后越拉垮，就看第三部能不能扳回一局了。
女主全程就只有表情和发威的戏份，其他配角热闹得让我差点忘了女主是女主。里面好几个女的五官和发型一样，分不清谁是谁啊！没有第一部好看，第一部骨骼清奇的女主在第二部里都发福了（脸），感觉还有第三部的节奏。拖太久再拍，大家都不叫超能力少女了。
人们只能看到想看到的东西。善意被曲解成恶意，理解会变成误解。主演演技真的好绝，代入感太强我被强烈震撼了！！！很惊喜！
太难看了，剧情稀碎。。。特别喜欢塑造女的满嘴西八又抽烟喝酒，可能觉得很帅吧，但是实际上不帅，可能在韩国女生公然抽烟是很帅的？不是很懂。。。最近僵尸片出类拔萃，所以这个有点像僵尸片又不如僵尸真的就比较弱。。。有点怀疑因为疫情所以没办法好好拍，但是剧情节奏太稀碎了并不是拍摄场地的问题。。。
朴勋政还是没把故事讲完，用了两个小时的时间重复了前一部的叙事线索，有问题的还不光是他的意图，文戏拖拉得也是要命，他想拍一部龙珠真人版说一声就行，用不着用一部电影供养三十分钟的特效动作戏。
看的时候感觉像是一直在憋着一口气，到电影结束了，那口气也没吐出来
李相日，二流导演无疑，去菁存芜的一把好手。
镜头很美，演员很合适，但是剧情的改编有点令人失望。很多情节的铺垫被删除，两人深刻的感情联系，亮的家暴与恶意都没有全面展现。
全程很悲很丧 略慢略冗长 广濑铃有颜有艺 非常不错。结尾部分还是有些高能无法想象的
回忆的那部分很有call me by your name的感觉，意象运用的也很到位。比如十岁的更纱嘴上的番茄酱看起来像是成年人的口红，阿文帮她擦拭时若有若无地触碰到她的嘴唇。
叙述节奏很慢很轻盈。喜欢村长的人设，佐伯文与更纱的感情就是特别美好呀。
文戏稀烂，只为最后半小时动作场面而存在的影片。
先看了小说觉得还差点意思，没想到电影竟然拍得还不如小说。。。
太太太长了…很多空镜看似高级其实毫无意义 流星演得麻麻 村长和丝丝的化学反应勉勉强强 反而子役演得更好 最后村长脱裤子那里属实把我的上巴吓掉了😅😅

三星半。熬過前面昏昏欲睡的一個小時，個人覺得比第一部好看。女主小吃貨的人設真的太可愛了，打鬥的鼓點配樂做得好棒好好聽。拜託韓國人還是好好說韓語吧，別瞎整外國人的人設。
流星真的演技变得更好了，对于广濑铃的演技我也觉得值得表扬，不再是以往的可爱漂亮女生，更往演技派发展了，流星也加油啊！虽然听说日本那边有粉丝看了这部电影脱粉了，我还是希望流星能多出演刻画人心的剧本，松坂桃李还是以往的演技派啊！最近看的真心不错的日本电影，强推！！！
两小时三十分钟，看的相当疲惫。分两天看完…而且有一段还加快了播放速度。直到看完才发现，这是我喜欢的那类故事，事情也不是我原来以为的那样。
