The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 苦心孤诣多年打造一场视觉盛宴，作为定格动画做到这般丝滑真不容易。故事太迷幻了！人类自身的恶永远超乎想象。

注定小众的形式与内容，作者在这其中夹杂了太多个人想法，金字塔的神造奇迹，肉体与机械的混合，黑石碑式的神造理论，极度混乱的假象世界，圣地巡游般的内容，究竟是怎样的疯狂想象力才能创造出一个如此混乱的世界。
1.士兵被怪物抓走后被放置在一个台子上，帘后的观众对其被扒衣服的过程津津有味甚至叫好喝彩，也许影射了在这个娱乐至死的社会一切无意义的事物都可以被开掘成供人取乐的东西。

太迷幻太重口了太爽了……虽然没太看懂但是大量的概念元素一股脑的表现出来像是喝了一口味道丰富有层次还上头的鸡尾酒
非常奇特的想象力，也很有视觉冲击力，但主题有些晦涩难懂。
典型的我看不懂，但是大受震撼的片，末世地狱的展示、人类轮回的寓言，最后几分钟有点2001太空漫游的意思，但这种故事还是精简点比较好，塞很满有点太复杂化了反而表达得不太好

在走入高清的视觉之后 一切都不再显得神秘诡谲了
每一帧都是噩梦，实在佩服导演自己能够坚持做这么多年。
感官刺激确实强，讲个什么故事确实也没明白。
观感太割裂了，我承认画风很“特别”，但就是这种特别让我在“这是一坨屎”和“这是神作”之间反复横跳。通篇意识流的拍法让我难以接受，我花了三天才看完这逼玩意，结果最后你告诉我这就是一场梦？
