The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 节奏被古典配乐带得克制而柔缓，唱一剧曾经时代里小人物努力向上爬，最终被卷入湖底的悲歌。全片画面很美，不喜欢的是喋喋不休的画外音，听似辅助理解，实则总嫌抢戏跳戏。

三星半，完成度很好，但是能拿这么多凯撒大奖估计也是确实很合那些白人老头评委的胃口吧，毕竟片中的法国文化应该是他们从小长大中耳濡目染的吧？不过我倒还蛮喜欢的，看历史片也很有意思。看完出来，我和发财都惊讶道：多兰竟然一点魁北克口音都没有？

物质能够创造一切，也能够摧毁一切，迷失在财富地位和所谓的才华中，待黄粱梦醒方才知晓何为真，唉！
我觉着吧，这部片子要和《法兰西》一起看 200年前的法国，和现在的法国，同样充满着谎言的媒体，除了钱他们什么都不需要
幻光破灭谓之幻灭。
有点了不起的盖茨比味道，可能那个时代都是这样，不对，现代也是。
这不就是完全可以拿电影里的话来评价这部电影嘛。不好意思我唱衰，我觉得没有吧这个无解性拍出来，那么幻想就是咎由自取，我对让我人物毫无同期，女性角色太扁平。
3.5，全程多兰口述旁白，这样一个野心勃勃、盛极转衰的年轻人故事已经被描绘得太多，但这一部插入了文学的视角。同样的文学情怀，在平民是遥不可及的梦想，在贵族却不过是生活的锦上添花。
首鼠两端的人终究不得好死———只是可怜了男主的第二个女友，算是故事里唯一一个好人

虽然是巴尔扎克时代的故事，但仍与如今的现实相符合。
一个农村文艺青年，喜欢写点酸诗，被本地侯爵夫人赏识，两人私奔到巴黎。然而，大都市从来都是爱情杀手，各种势力压迫下2人被迫分手，文学梦也在生活压力下破灭。
這拍得也太依賴畫外音了。男主演老是歪著嘴笑看著不太聰明。
