男主特警，空姐女友被恐怖分子打死，自己被打成瘫子，后遇到政府启用超级士兵计划身体合成AI，恐怖分子控制议会，抓捕了总理，男主各种狂拽酷霸炫，最终打死所有恐怖分子，解除了危机。

跟《终极名单》一样，都是族群撕裂窝里斗，但这片羞羞答答，半遮半掩，还不敢直接说官僚和总统混账，还是只敢把矛头针对黑水这类雇佣兵军事承包商，所以没啥意思，而且老友的出卖动机也是经不起推敲的，动作戏嘛，中规中矩。
