虽然讲的家庭，其实更多的是触动了一部分人的怀旧吧，2003年当时台湾怎么有还不如我在武汉的感觉。
女主人的焦虑也许就是湾湾的无奈，既要生计去赚大陆的钱，又放不下American dream，自己身体更是每况愈下，未来的路如何走？谁又知道呢。
美国再好，患病后还是选择回国，刻在骨子里的基因是很难改变的。
结尾处有加分。
有些像是日系韩系的亲情剧。家庭内亲情和矛盾，都表现得还不错。 4星推荐

2003年非典爆发时期，母亲带着两个女儿从美国回台北治病，但大女儿非常不情愿回来，造成她和母亲的矛盾冲突与日俱增。

7.5，果然女性导演才能洞察到这种母女之间的情感。最有感触的，是女儿对母亲的“恨及抱怨”，这种情感就像老师说的那样，爱和恨有时候是一体两面。
1.全篇色调过于阴沉，使人感觉太压抑
人是慢慢学着长大的。
女儿说，这个世界上我最不想成为的人就是我的母亲。因为她的恐惧会成为我的恐惧，她的软弱会成为我的软弱。母亲说，下辈子想做男生。
Lady Bird讲，love and attention或许是一回事；“如果这已经是最好的我了呢？”
高开低走。。。后半真的看得人压力很大，冲突来得太突然又和解得太突然。。
整天想着死，去死啊！你这样跟妈妈说话的吗？
小女孩好，这个故事能完整能入戏一大半靠她的表现，可惜辨识度不高，再过6/7年长次了就可惜了
最喜欢的一段剪辑是从splash的马蹄铁切换到离家出走公车上的吊环把手。她爱马的自由，却未曾想过马也爱自由，每个人其实都是一样的孤独和自私。
影片呈现的家庭关系与情感与本人的现实生活有好些相似性 与瀑布相比似乎更加现实更能击中人心
