The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 没完全看懂不敢乱讲。单从画面和技术角度看是真的“封神”了！实拍和定格结合流畅，场景、人物、怪物的设计十分出彩，视效推到顶点，脑洞大的惊人，看完有种说不出的诡异和怪诞，好像看懂了一些又好像完全没明白。
疯神正如其名，不是神没有这样的能力造出这样的世界，不是疯狂不会造出这样的世界
这样一部电影，定位挺尴尬的其实。大的历史框架是不能动的，否则就变成架空历史了；虚构的人物只能在既定的框架里作有限的游走，创作空间相当狭窄，而观众对于最后的结局早就了然于胸；对历史人物的描写也处于暧昧地带，介于写实和虚构之间。那这样一来，作者对历史人物（比如张伯伦）的重新评价，其说服力就会大打折扣了。
