The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 自然主义生活流，淡淡哀伤，默默上路，最大特点就是没特点，比较舒服
公路片大多是讲旅途见闻和治愈的，这部电影却以孤独为题，离群索居是因为伤痛，浓的化不开。
太有同感了。生命该是流动的，我却困住了。等待一个可以任由思绪松弛下来的时刻。需要一段时间什么都不做，准确地说还是要干点儿什么，就是思考。
导演视角、演员表演、角色困境融为一体，看似荒野中四顾茫然的人生，但每一程都使“人”的力量加增一分。
死神无法逼你气息奄奄
观影其实是很私密化的体验，如果它能够让我relate，那么对于我来说就是一部好电影。《无依之地》前面1小时20分钟我都是跟在大片留白的剧情后面，偶尔被细节或台词触动，而从Fern离开Dave家的那一刻开始，我开始和她一起上路了。一个人吹着海风，和路上遇到的朋友聊过往，走向未知，孤独但自由。We don’t settle. See you down the road.

有趣的是，片中讲到那些创造了美国的伟大精神，先进沦为边缘，无依无靠，而这样一个故事的叙述者，来自外来移民。
