The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 和《罗马》相反，布拉纳是以一种温情的目光回望历史，回望那个安土重迁的故乡，在感伤之外裹一层幽默的糖衣，试图去治愈一切。异时空的彩色画面，出跳的西部片音乐，也给这个黑白故事附上一层反讽调子，可惜这些都是从外部去带节奏，和人物本身的关系不大，那些正面呈现的冲突打斗，华而不实的运镜，也是商业片拍多了的毛病。丹奇贡献了两个泪点，去不了的香格里拉，不要回头望的瞩望，两场戏都是不对称对话，将遗憾keep to herself，这才是含蓄的力量。
或是纪念，或是反省，那个青年人随时有可能被枪杀于街头的年代，现在很多国家，都在用电影来描述。
太装腔作势了。又是总往演员脸上怼着拍的大特写镜头——“催吐镜头”。垃圾导演浪费优质演员。

每年都有这么一两部使用黑白色彩的，每一帧都是美好的画面，海报让我想起了布列松。黑白灰度的质感，真的适合童年的回忆，一个艺术家可以用艺术的手段去回忆自己的童年，
小朋友可爱，但是电影匠气十足，看后越想越觉得难看
对生活在那里的那一代人来说是很珍贵的记忆。很小的叙事，最佳剧本与往届相比略有过誉
6.5/10 摄影尤其是构图当然很精致，也描绘出自己对贝尔法斯特难以割舍的情怀，一个充满人情味的城镇跃然幕上，但终究还是太私人了，或许会因为某一段的纯真与质朴发笑，但远远未能达到入戏的程度。
