The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很喜欢这种背景置于八十年代东欧的同性罪案片，昏黄复古的光线，暧昧不清的情绪，混合着高压政治影射，最终还是那个“个人英雄主义对抗权力机构”的悲剧故事

设定和感情线很有意思，审讯室和喝酒那两段氛围营造的很暧昧，但悬疑感很弱，结尾处理的太草率了，是那种很快就会忘掉的电影。（苦笑）不过男主真的越看越好看～3.5🌟
真的拍的相当不错！喜欢这个很复古的色调和风格。探案与同志故事的结合，观赏性很高。（但我怀疑导演是不是不太了解gay性事，激情戏拍的虽然不错但从真实操作性来说根本不对劲的啊，怎么着也得用点唾液吧，而且剪辑看起来连裤子都没脱！😅）
很不错的类型剧本，除了男主像个瘟神一样，走到哪都有人被杀。

在压迫的年代和环境下，男主自我认识的过程更是尤为珍贵，开放的结尾给了更多想象的空间，“我会找到你的”，不但是寻找一个人，更是寻找一个彼此尊重的社会。算起来也就是30多年前的事情而已，但现在的环境已经大不相同了，珍惜当下啊。阴冷的调子里，两人短短几幕的你来我往突显得更甜了，非常喜欢的片子。
导演不是在讲述一个发生在黑暗时代的同性恋罪案故事，而是将一个同性恋故事用那样的时代来做背景，包装于一个侦探故事中。导演太关注其中同性恋的内涵了，予以太多的强调，让一桩真实事件变得并不真实。
音乐好听，剧情紧凑，两个主演很养眼，果然，波兰常出帅哥。
