徐帆演技还不错，虽然跟女儿说话语气很怪，过于宠溺，但现实生活中有些妈妈确实对子女态度口气和别人都不同。其他配角都不错的，挑不出大毛病，剧情虽然有套路，也没有特别煽情。全片最亮点是徐帆演播室现场痛斥垃圾导演和明星。重点是带了妈妈去看，妈妈很喜欢，这就足够了。
早知道是个抗癌的故事我就不看了，原来想看母女之间的问题如何解决，结果解决办法就是来个更糟糕的问题，然后其他所有一下就全部大和解了，……窒息

整部影片中规中矩，最大的不适来自于徐帆的演技，太浮夸了，各种表演上的痕迹和套路，交出的都是行活儿，反倒是饰演舅舅的演员更亮眼、更生活化，全片最佳。
